Sunnyhills Apartments

I moved to Sunny Hills apartments just right before the Pandemic started (January). Im so pleased with how they handled everything. I feel like they took everything serious and made sure that we were well protected. In general, this apartment community is well managed. Claudia is the manager and she is great! So is The maintenance guy Jose! They make a great team I love my unit - it is nice, clean and modern, beautiful open floor plan. I loved the location - close to restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and bars Oh yeah, they make the leasing process really easy. You will not regret moving here. ❤️❤️

The absolute best apartment I have ever lived in. The grounds are safe, quiet & clean. All of the residents are very neighborly people. The management & maintenance team are incredible! Friendly, quick to respond, and extremely professional. The apartment itself is very homey & cozy - large living room, a kitchen big enough to host family & friends, each room has ceiling fans, and the extra deep garage is a plus!

We love Sunnyhills Apartments! The office staff is friendly and courteous. They provide great events for the residents to get to know each other, i.e. Mother's Day event. The property is clean and the Maintenance Team is awesome.

I lived at Sunnyhills for 2 years and Claudia the new manager was excellent and improved so many things since coming to the property. The Active Building Ap was easy to use to pay rent. Jose was always willing to help and even helped me with some things on the day of my move out which I much appreciated. Claudia made my move out smooth and easy. Sunnyhills is a quiet community, and the apartments are amazing. More like a Townhouse.

The best thing about Sunnyhills is the management helps with anything possible. Making moving in so smoothly and easy. The company itself has fun activities throughout the year for all the holidays, including fun treats for the children. Best of all, they do a monthly discount raffle on rent!
