Coventry Cove Apartments

I am thrilled to write this review for this outstanding apartment complex , Denise (Property Manager) and Araceli (Assistant Manager) go above and beyond—professional, attentive, and truly care about residents. They’re are incredibly helpful, competent, and meticulous. They even welcomed us with a personalized gift featuring our family name and address! Rent payments and maintenance requests are seamless through their user-friendly app. The property is immaculate, modern, and in an ideal location—close to great schools (kids can walk!), hospitals, shopping, and major roads. Beyond impressed with their competence and hospitality. Highly recommend this community!

I absolutely love living here. Denise is fantastic, and you truly couldn’t ask for a better management team. They go above and beyond to make this a great place to live, from being responsive and kind to creating a real sense of community. The seasonal parties and fun events are such a nice touch and really make this place special. Great people, great atmosphere, and a wonderful place to call home. I can’t say enough good things about our maintenance team. Salvador is absolutely fantastic and truly knows what he’s doing. He is professional, reliable, and someone I completely trust in my home. You truly couldn’t ask for a better team to keep a property of this size running so smoothly. Salvador is the best!

We resided in Coventry Apartment for a period of 2 years. The staff was wonderful and quickly addressed any questions we had. This apartment is conveniently located just a 5-6 minute walk from Cedarwood Elementary School, one of the best schools in Clovis. Additionally, we took pleasure in using the pool during the summer months, which was well-maintained. Thank you Coventry!

Love this property as our home. Management is great and on top of any concerns. Maintenance is friendly and on top of fixing any issues that may occur. Five stars for sure with living here.
