Creekside Village

We lived here for a year and a half and had a great experience! The apartment itself was nice, upscale, spacious (especially for a 1 bedroom) and the staff are personable, competent, and professional. They knew us by name and were always quick to help when we had questions or needs arise. The few maintenance issued we had were fixed in a timely and effective manner. The grounds are well kept, and the area is nice for walking. There is ample parking available and we never had an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Creekside!

Currently I live here.the apartment itself has positives , but the upstairs noise is excessive and persistent . Footsteps and loud banging are clearly audible throughout the day and night , resulting in disrupted sleep and stress. Very difficult to relax or sleep, especially coming home in the morning from night shift. Complained to the management couple times, no action taken .

Beautiful and well maintained property. The friendliness and professionalism from the staff is top-notch along with the quality of their units. Monthly community activities and interactions are great for the families. All of my interactions with the front office, staff was always genuine. Any type of work orders were taken care of in a timely matter with easy access to their portal, to create work order or to check the status. They were always thorough and all of their communication, via email, text, and in person. Stephanie and Kaylie are great host for the events and for the Day-to-Day operations. You get what you pay for here at Creekside. I would highly recommend if you are on the fence. They will not disappoint.

They will likely remove this review to protect their inflated 5-star rating, which is your first red flag about the shady ethics of this place. You can hear everything happening upstairs; it's unacceptable. Traffic is terrible every morning and afternoon due to the schools across the street. Management is overly strict and even threatening about car limits, yet some neighbors flaunt the rules with 3–4 cars per 2 people, taking up all the guest spots without any repercussions. The layout is poorly designed as well; the covered spots in the corners offer no shade 90% of the day, and random guest cars park next to you, leaving behind dents and scratches on your doors that you can't even trace who it can be, since anyone can park there. You will eventually step on dog poop if you walk around t

Would advise against living here. They refused to fix any maintenance request at all. We have no cold water for a month now and they have never attempted to solve the issue. All they have done is provide lame excuses. They wouldn’t even send out a plumber or specialist or anything. Imagine paying over $2000 in rent and can’t even get basic cold water. They are also never in office. Their office hours says they are open til 6pm but they always leave early without notice. It’s so unprofessional. The property is also so dirty. The pool chairs are covered in filth and there is dog and bird feces all over the property that never gets cleaned up. I would not recommend renting here. Please choose a different location or your life will be so stressful here. They also took down my previous review b
