MOLD MOLD MOLD !!!!! if you live on the first floor you WILL have issues with your sink clogging and backing up causing water to rise up through ur drain with chunks of food from other units. Lived here for two years and they keep claiming they fixed the issues but i recently had my kitchen FLOOD due to their negligence! The leasing office refuses to acknowledge that it is mold and keeps calling it “discoloration” so they can avoid legal troubles, the leasing office is NOT helpful because they will tell you that there’s nothing they can do. DO NOT LIVE HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Found myself being denied the opportunity of being shown a unit during the open house due to my ESA being present. The concern was allergens. I'm sure those who smell of cigarette smoke and or weed probably didn't run into the same issue. I do understand that I have not signed a lease yet and do not own the home, but I've also never encountered any issues bringing my ESA with me on a tour. Seeing as though he goes everywhere. Go the extra mile to ensure the shown units are being decently cleaned in between viewings but to claim to be animal friendly then pull that? I'm good. Those who have animals at home are just as likely to carry pet dander and or fur on them. To ask that I leave him in the car was daunting. I guess thank God it wasn't Summer when it was suggested but it being Winter do

I am extremely disappointed with the management at Woodridge Apartments, especially Lisa, the property manager. I have been dealing with a serious roach infestation in my apartment, and instead of receiving support or urgency, I was met with a nonchalant attitude and excuses. Lisa even implied that I could spread roaches to other buildings, which was insulting and completely unprofessional. I pay nearly $2,000 a month to live in a clean and comfortable home—roaches should never be part of that. The way this situation is being handled shows a lack of concern for residents’ health, comfort, and basic living conditions. I was told I have to wait 30 days for the issue to even be fully assessed, while roaches continue coming from the kitchen and living room walls.

Office staff extremely unpleasant when I arrived for booked tour appointment. Thankfully my decision was made before entering, as the property was dirty and looked extremely unmaintained. Would not recommend spending time on this complex.

If I can give this apartment complex zero stars, I would the fact that I had an appointment and they pick up the phone and hang up is ridiculous. Not to mention. I was here last year and I noticed how filthy the carpets were inside the building. I hope they took care of that and they need better staff.
