We had the misfortune of having to deal with this Real Estate Brokerage, as one of their agents, Saunie Tubman, represented a buyer on a house we sold. At settlement we were told we had to pay the buyer outside of settlement(because it was not allowed on the HUD, per the lender), or we would not have been able to settle. Additionally, a post settlement addendum was drafted for repairs to be made to the house, which turned into a complete nightmare driven 100% by the buyer's agent Saunie Tubman. We were provided a week to complete agreed upon repairs, which were completed within the agreed time-frame, however doing so was made to be very difficult.
