I haven’t been here long but so far it’s the worst. The hallways constantly stink, and whatever it is seeps into my apartment. I shouldn’t have to leave out of my unit to spray in the shared hallway. Anyone can walk into the building as the entrances aren’t locked. This is unsafe. What is the purpose of having a lock on those doors if they aren’t used? They changed the people in the leasing office and didn’t even send out an email informing anyone. I have to walk around with earplugs in during the day and sleep with them at night because my upstairs neighbor is very inconsiderate and her child runs around all hours of the day. This is my main issue besides the smell. Sounds are loud as it is hardwood flooring, I understand it’s a child but it’s CONSTANT. Reached out to the leasing office b

The only downside is that if you live underneath someone you can hear EVERYTHING. The people above me and their young child is constantly moving around, jumping and stomping all hours of the day, sometimes as late as 3-4 am. Sometimes the hallway walking into the building smells weird.. Other than that I love the property, it’s pretty clean, everyone is friendly and active outside. Maintenance is timely and proficient (Thank you De’Andre) And I just love the space as a whole, but there needs to be some consideration for the people living below you! These are hardwood floors!

While there were a few cosmetic issues—like chipped paint, a desilvered bathroom mirror, and small holes in the walls—they were mostly minor and easy to overlook. One nice feature is the external storage unit that comes with each apartment. It's spacious enough for several tote bins and bulk items. The grounds are generally well-maintained, with plenty of parking and a new playground, though there’s been a noticeable increase in cigarette butts outside our building. Two major downsides are the electrical system and laundry facilities. Since day one, we've had problems with flickering lights and freque

I’m not a resident here, but I called today because I was having issues applying to a different property, and was informed that I had an active application at this property (which I have no clue as to why, I’ve never toured or applied here) that was stopping me from applying to another apartment. I believe the woman in the leasing office’s name that I spoke with was Keisha or something similar. From the time I finished explaining my issue to when I hung up, I was met with incredibly rude responses and was even laughed at. I can’t begin to explain how unprofessional this was, I don’t understand how, especially when working in hospitality, anyone could possibly think it is okay to speak to someone the way I was spoken to today. I also don’t understand how a property can expect to gain and ma
