Just avoid the apartment. The lease renewal process here is very poor and lacks proper communication. Management claims to place renewal letters between doors or upload them on portal without sending any email or notification to residents. Because of this, leases can be renewed automatically without tenants ever receiving official notice. Apartments should provide clear, documented communication especially for something as serious as a 12 month renewal. Anyone considering living here should be very careful and double check all renewal dates themselves.

If you truly want to live in a quiet place, with friendly neighbors and where you get solutions instead of problems, where you can find a place to park your car, where you can throw out your trash and the bins aren't overflowing, and where the trash isn't being rummaged through by animals, and you want a safe place for your car, then don't come here. Mold starts appearing in the bathrooms in less than a month, and there are tons of insects that you end up sharing your bed with. I had my tour visit with LaChe, she was very professional and welcoming. The apartment was very appealing and roomy, it definitely felt like a place my family and I could call home. This property is well kept together and the community seems very peaceful and quiet. I'm looking forward to revisiting soon.

Nice size apartments. Cars are being broken into and stolen. Neighbors are extremely loud. It doesn’t matter if you record them , send letters to Corporate or leasing office nothing is done. Maintenance puts in a completed ticket and never came to fix problem with a ring camera. Teenagers rings bells and say their Amazon just to get in building to smoke marijuana, it then intern comes into your privacy of your own home. Management is a joke, she has no intention of bettering the complex for the safety of the tenants. they’re fixing up for a new playground when they need to fix the ceilings and floors in the apartments from making horrible noises if the ceiling is coming in from the neighbors that live on top of you, please report or filed and nothing is ever done.
