I have so many good things to say about Northwest crossing Apt homes. Leasing Agent: Keona is my leasing agent and her customer service is amazing!! She gave me everything that I needed to start my move in process. She is knowledgeable of the property, the units, and the surrounding area. When I have questions about anything (even now as a resident) she is always open and willing to help me get answers (Keona does not just get you in the unit and start ignoring you). One day I stopped by the office to finish up some paperwork and I had to wait until Keona was done with the guest before me, and I think she should get a bonus for her patience alone! I love Ms Darnyell she is very patient with helping my application my account was locked and she had me unlocked and continued to help me apply. I finally got approved after and hour trying to add my documents. So much help. They are pleasant and welcoming.

Sierra took the time to assist me with resolving my issues with housing and getting my lease renewal. Her professionalism and customer service skills are great. She helped me to remain calm and was there every step of the way. Thank you so much. I look forward to continuing living here.
