I worked with Amiyah . She was really helpful and patient with me because I was all over the place. Lol. I would have love to live here, she made sure I found an apartment that fit my family. She worked well with her team to make sure the prices was good for my budget . I’m a little upset I couldn’t move in because I moved out state but this would have been my home for the next few years with the help of this lovely staff. If I come back it would definitely be here.

I’ve been living here for about six months and honestly it’s been a bad experience. My car was stolen once and vandalized another time, and packages go missing all the time. Management’s only response is sending emails, which does absolutely nothing. No one seems to actually care or take action. The apartments are old and everything feels fragile—we’ve had to call maintenance multiple times just to fix basic stuff. The only good thing here is the maintenance team; they’re helpful and do their best. Overall, not a place to live. Be careful and think twice before renting here.

I wish I could give this place 0.000 stars from Mice , to cheap blind , to being able to hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing , and to now my bathroom ceiling is leaking some mysterious yellow liquid from what i can image to be pee as most bathrooms are linked together . In order for this place to be held accountable any new residents please read the negative reviews . People move out these units fast and not because they loved this place so much . Its hell to live here comfortable because every 6 months you will have to endure some kind of nonsense . It is my mission by 2026 to leave this place and never look back and everyone better demand for their security deposits as this place deserves nothing!

We recently moved here in May 2025 and since then there has been constant maintenance issues that go ignored and prolonged. They don’t answer the phone even if you call several times in a row. The only way they’ll respond is if I call from a different number. When reporting a maintenance issue they take at least a month to adhere to the requests. My key had gotten stuck in the door several times which is a major safety concern and the maintenance worker victor refused to change the locks to fix the problem; he sprayed WD40 in the keyhole which didn’t help. Another maintenance worker was so helpful by actually reassembling the lock correctly so the key wouldn’t get stuck but since then the lock has been shifting out of place.
