Management could do better in communicating timely and responding in general. I completed a walkthrough with the maintenance staff at Hacienda Commons Apartments in Pleasanton but this was supposed to be done by the leasing agent or property manager. No one called or emailed to let us know that no one was going to show up today. I called and left a message of which after Bonifacio and another co-worker did the walkthrough. We waited until 10:00AM to see Jackie but Bonifacio cane to let us know to leave our apartment keys and permits with him and that Jackie would be in late. The communication here is exactly how communication has been with since you took over the management of this property. The owner had much better employees when they managed it themselves. Absolute nightmare Unbelievable events in the last few months with this company ever since they took over Point Alameda Appts, Harassment and retaliation, false accusations, racial profiling, attacks to character , mental shaming ( all documented ) and many more....( In the last few months since this company took over) For years the tenants have been exposed to... Asbestos, Mold , Neglect, Thefts , "Law abiding" Resident of 14 years (rent controlled) On this building 3 Rd relocation ( 1st Mold, 2nd move Asbestos) Now living on a apt with a balcony about to collapse, we are very concerned of our well-being and safety also of our Neighbors. How is this place even still operating?! They treat residents with absolute disgust. They ignore real life threatening tenants safety, their response time is best described as far as 30 days out for any complaints, they hire unqualified people who behave like criminals to operate their community grounds such as repair technicians and managers who have zero customer service or work ethic who actually are NOT in the office during business hours. I would NEVER recommed Woodmont Real Estate Services they have a high turn over of managers who either get fired or quit.

During my time as a tenant at your Seacliff Apartments in Pacifica, I experienced a truly wonderful first year characterized by a strong sense of community and neighborly interactions. The property manager at that time, Beverley, was exemplary—professional and attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, since then, the appeal of Seacliff has significantly diminished.
