This is a wonderful community; management is responsive, and the area is always clean, organized, and peaceful. Rolando, who takes care of maintenance requests, is not only highly professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and respectful. He always completes every job with great care and attention to detail. It’s reassuring knowing he’s in-house and always ready to help. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and many units even offer lovely views. I highly recommend living here.

We moved in more than four months ago and are still dealing with roaches. When we decided to break our lease because of apartments above and below us also having a roach infestation they are refusing to allow us to leave without paying the full fine for breaking our lease. Other than the roaches thr apartment had been fine and the views are great. If it wasn't for Rolando thr maintenence guy showing some compassion and empathy we wouldn't even have lasted 4 months.

Five stars for Rolando!! Today I visited the office during business hours. I didn't understand why it was empty. Rolando assisted me very well and explained several things about the building, even though it wasn't his job. Thanks Rolando.. It helped me make a decision.

I’ve had a really good experience living here. The surroundings feel homely, the neighbors are kind, and we can always count on Rolando for a quick fix whenever we have maintenance issues.
