I have been living in the community for almost 3 + years. David is an outstanding maintenance professional and a huge asset to our apartment community. He is extremely responsive and always addresses issues as soon as possible. Whether it’s a small repair or something more urgent, he handles everything quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. He is also very respectful, professional, and takes the time to make sure the job is done right the first time. It’s reassuring to know that maintenance requests are handled promptly and properly. We truly appreciate David’s hard work and dedication — he makes living here much more comfortable and stress-free!

I’ve been living here for about two years. The apartments are comfortable, clean, and well-located. I really enjoy living here. Whenever I have needed help or something was unclear regarding the documentation, Ms. Galina has been very kind and has provided me with the appropriate information and the maintenance support is a strong point. David from the maintenance team provides excellent service. He is very professional, punctual, and very reliable when handling repairs and maintenance issues. He explains the work clearly and makes sure everything is done properly. Having someone like him makes living here much easier and more comfortable.

The location is also fantastic—close to shopping, dining, and everything you need.

The front office staff is a delight to work with. Leasing agent Galina provided a lot of administrative advice when I moved in that really made my move so much easier. Fidel was timely and efficient when handling a maintenance request to align doors and friendly to boot.

Fidel helped us fix a leaking bathroom sink and repair our towel rack very quickly and professionally. He was efficient, kind, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. We really appreciate his help and the great maintenance service!
