Awesome community with 5 mins walk from best Belmont schools, close to everything, super amenities, great value for first time home buyers I have owned a 3br/2ba condo and have lived here for more than 5 years with my wife and two primary school kids. This is a great building with amazing location close to Best rates Belmont public schools. Central elementary the assigned school is 5 mins walk, Ralston middle and Carlmont High are all 10 mins car ride. Everything else is super close with gyms, restaurants, shopping etc. The community is well maintained and landscape is top notch. The landscape committee is led by person who does landscaping for Google campuses he is a pro. I see cleaners always cleaning the common areas and they are well lit and always clean. Nice location, scary hilly parking and old cabinets & windows. No in-apartment washer/dryer.

Very insensitive and unjust HOA. They neither speak or listen to the tenants. They do not lend their ears to your side of the story. An otherwise well-located condo, with the HOA for a big minus.
