Crestview Apartments

I visited Crestview today for a tour, and Alex and Jennifer were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. They answered all my questions and showed me all the units I was interested in, providing detailed information about each one. The entire complex looked well-maintained and clean throughout my visit! I believe Crestview is a great place to live!

Crestview apartments is a nice quiet place to live with pretty grounds, well-kept pools, nice neighbors and in an excellent location. Apartments are large with lovely, detailed features and full of natural light. The balconies are huge. There are large closets, ample kitchen cabinets, and large vanity in bath, also a storage locker in assigned carport area. The laundry rooms include a great service with an app that lets you know the process in real time, when complete, lock or unlock feature. You can chat with a representative if you have an issue in real time and it is coinless. Excellent management staff and Jennifer, the Senior Leasing Manager, is exceptional at her job! I highly recommend Crestview Apartments!

Lived there for a little over 2 years. I would highly recommend this place. The place is very and peaceful. At least the apartments I were living is pretty sound proof. I used to watch movies with pretty good sound . The neighbors said they never hear anything. The apartment is a bit old. But considering the rent, it was a very good value for money. The Management is good. Especially Jenifer and Ane. They were prompt with the repairs. They were very professional too. The moveout was also very great. They will ask you to clean the room as per their standards. They have certain requirement. They gave us 2 cleaning companies who work according to their standards. Costed us around 400 dollars. But they gave the entire deposit back. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve been living at Crestview Apartments for about a year and a half now, and it has really been fantastic so far. I believe one of the most striking features of these apartments is the square footage you get for the price. You would be hard pressed to find a 1-bedroom between 700-950 square feet for less than what is charged here on the peninsula or in this area, ask me how I know!! The units also have ample closet space (my 1 bedroom has FOUR closets (not even including the kitchen storage) and a large lockable carport storage box. In addition, the kitchens here are huge with more storage space than you’ll know what to do with (usually apartments at this price range have the opposite problem). It is a nice community to live in, excellent neighborhood. But i am giving five stars all because of Jennifer who is property manager, she has been Very polite, helpful since the day we came to tour the apartment. Anytime we had problem with light, dish washer, she would send the help immediately. I am sad that i am moving and had to leave the apartment.
