Living at SoFi Belmont was a generally good experience. The Property Manager (back in 2024) Sabrina was very inept, incompetent, unprofessional, and rude. She would not listen to me and would argue defensively with me to the point where I had to bring a family member with me. Property Management at SoFi Belmont wouldn’t get someone new even when she went on maternity leave. They were too concerned about saving money, from what I gathered. The office (before March 2025) was often vacant and nobody was in there for months. I had a very negative experience with her from the get go with her not properly doing my walk through, fixing the broken stove top when I moved in, gaslighting my concerns about neighbors being loud, and not addressing noise issues at all. Pretty much everything about the place is good. Good quality carpet, appliances, cabinets...plumbing is okay. But the paper thin walls are disheartening. Hearing drawers opening and closing, and footsteps 👣 of your neighbors constantly, WILL drive you insane. You will hear EVERYTHING, all the time. Do a sound check before moving in. I’m a new resident to Sofi Belmont Hills and have been living here for about two months. I love my apartment as well as the neighborhood! Sabrina has been super helpful since the beginning of my apartment hunting. She is patient about all my questions regarding the apartment and she helped me find the unit that fits all my requirements. She is also very responsive and friendly. Based on my experience of talking to more than 10 leasing offices in the Bay Area, I found that it is difficult to find a great management team, so I’m very grateful that I found Sabrina and her team! The maintenance here is reliable and they response quickly for the things I need as well. Overall, both the management team and apartment itself are wonderful. I’m extremely happy that I found my home here!

I love staying here. The apartment complex was just refreshed. My apartment has new carpet, and the hallways / stairwells have new flooring and were just painted. The pool is incredible, it is like being at the MGM grand in Las Vegas! There are awesome cabanas, lounge chairs, an amazing BBQ pit, it’s an awesome treat after a long day's work. There is also power at the pool for people like me that work remote, it’s nice to chill by the pool and work! :-). The location is perfect and everything I need is close by. And OMG this is the quietest area, behind my apartment is a huge hill, backing up to Water Dog lake, I can walk to the right or to the left out of the complex and easily walk to trail heads!
