I had a terrible experience with this management company. I rented an apartment that had broken windows, and it took them seven months to address the issue. The director seems completely unaware of legal obligations and the California codes regarding habitability. It's frustrating to deal with such incompetence and disregard for tenant safety. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst landlord ever. Unethical. Discriminatory. Deceitful. Wildly overpriced. Maintenance issues chronically. Subpar across the board. I could go on and on but you get the point. Should you have the misfortune to live in one of their apartments, I suggest you do everything in writing. If you ever have a conversation w/management, document it concurrently in an email and then get confirmation in writing. Most everyone I knew was highly displeased and moved out. They play favorites w/tenants so not everyone is treated the same. Frosting on the cake was a tenant who left for China for a 6 month trip and left their dog behind in the apartment. ****Maintenance Issue 03.07.22**** This is an update on our first ever maintenance issue since living here at Woodmont Apartments. The process was very easy and Will personally gave me a call to let me know they are on there way to repair my issue. Top notch apartment complex as well as personnel. ****UPDATE 02.28.22**** Our lease is up and we were given the option to sign a new lease. The rent was increased and when I reached out to Will to ask if there was any way we could negotiate at a lower amount he responded quickly and went above and beyond 😊 ***UPDATE 03.22.21*** I had a couple of small issues after moving in and I emailed them to Will and he responded quickly and was able to have them resolved within a couple of days. Belmont is a great place to live! Wonderful education system for all grades. Plenty of things to do and visit! Friends and coworkers of mine reside near Twin Pines Park, which is absolutely a must visit, opportunity to bring your kids of all ages! 2 playgrounds, and a very interesting creek, as well as walking paths are just a few highlights to mention, and should be on any visitors “to do” list, while in “Rome”; Belmont of course! I’ve lived in the Peninsula for over 20 years, and couldn’t imagine, calling any other place my home! Everything you need! Grocery and convenient stores, gas stations located closely to the freeway, as well as our very efficient Belmont Police station, Yummy and/or fancy restaurants, Chinese or amazing Japanese food available for anyones quick lunch, or a night

Wish I had more to share about my experience, but it's absolutely impossible to get a hold of anyone related to management here. 99% of your calls will go to off site management who are very nice, but have nothing to do with what actually goes on. I made an appointment to tour a unit twice and both times- nobody shows up. This happened j I drove nearly 45 minutes to come see the unit and was super excited, only to again be disappointed again. Not sure what it is like to live in a complex where it is literally impossible to contact anyone local. Shame because I really love the location. Please fix your phone number and customer service situation!
