Woodland Village Apartments

I have never lived here but have known people that have. There is a lot of activity that takes place there that should not. When they had Head Start there, I would see police raids and thought how in the hell is this going on but you don’t see it on the news?!? It’s been managed by several different companies and I wouldn’t be surprised if it was owned by some place outside the state. So many bad things have happened there and little children have died there. Not a good place to raise kids if you can find another place to live I would suggest it.

I have lived here awhile and it's ridiculous here. They allow just about anything here. Drugs kids skipping school and vandalism. I've asked every month since July for a new filter for my furnace and still haven't received one. My apartment is falling apart and they haven't done anything about it. I know your asking why am I still here and we'll I don't make enough to live elsewhere I fully support my 3 small kids and myself so. Maybe in the next few months I can get out of here. Management is a joke and so is the maintenance people.

My daughter lives in woodland hills apartments. Bullet holes in her car and apartment. I stayed with her for my chemotherapy,6 months, multiple shootings, killings, gang activity. My vehicle and hers and a next door neighbors truck sustained multiple bullet holes and her apartment? Bullet holes in the front of the apartment. It's bad. Scared for my family. I personally would NEVER live there!!!

Staff do not stay and they are usually disrespectful and don’t like to help anyone. The maintenance never comes and fixes anything and when they do it is minimal effort. There is always shootings, fights, break-ins, and drugs. The people who live here are hateful and rude. Tons of remarks from people talking about shooting my dog just because she “looks like a cop dog.”
