Christina and her team did a magnificent job helping us sell my mother’s house after my mom passed away. Not only did she keep us constantly updated on where we were in the process, she also provided us vital points of contact to get work done that was needed for the house to sell. She also helped guide us through the complex process to sell the house when an estate is involved. This is the fourth housing transaction with which Christina has assisted us. She always treats us as though we are her only clients - timely, responsive, compassionate and professional. I wouldn’t work with any other real estate agency.

As an out of state seller, Christina made two sales in my Mothers estate seamless. During our initial meeting she was extremely professional, she gave me a list of what I should do to prepare the home to sell quickly and what improvements would be worth their cost and put more in our pockets. Christina also listed our apartment complex (8 units) and did another phenomenal job! Another realtor had declined the listing as she did not want to work with the estate attorney who reviewed all our contracts. Christina worked well with the attorney. Both properties received multiple offers and we received full price. The closings were smooth.
