Station Lofts

Lived here for almost a year and Dessa has been outstanding. All maintenance problems have been addressed rapidly, they host community events like hot chocolate bars, coffee bars, pancakes, and chili for the residents. They have pest control come through regularly to spray, salt the roads and walkways, have the parking lots cleared of snow, and is very responsive through email. Maintenance staff does their best to address stuff outside of the actual apartments rapidly. Only knock is that owners of pets don’t pick up after them but that’s not against Dessa since I’ve seen her cleaning up after owners.

We have been trying to contact Dessa about apartments at 6 at Park and it has been extremely difficult to get an email and/or a phone call returned from her. We're trying to fill out an application and we need information and apparently since Block multi-family is relinquishing their claim on 6 at Park December 31, 2025 they have no interest in helping us.

Station Lofts has an excellent location—just minutes from the base, making your commute a breeze. The buildings and amenities are top-notch, and the neighborhood feels convenient. The only downside is that some pet owners don’t always clean up after their dogs, and you’ll constantly find spots where pets have urinated in the complex. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place to live! Dessa, our new manager, has already taken charge of the apartment complex with confidence and efficiency. She’s extremely attentive to detail and always quick to lend a hand. As a next step, I recommend implementing a pet-policy fine for residents who fail to clean up after their animals, ensuring the grounds stay clean and enjoyable for everyone.

I have lived here since November 2021. I enjoyed my time here for the most part. However, since Block Multifamily took over management, things have gone downhill. There is a brown recluse infestation I have been fighting since moving in. I have also encountered oriental roaches, wood roaches, and other insect pests. When I brought this up with the leasing office, I was told it's unreasonable to expect no spiders. I am fine with spiders in general, but brown recluses and roaches are another story. I have given up reaching out asking for pest control. Nothing gets done. The windows leak when it rains, and the walls are paper thin. You will be able to hear your neighbors having conversations when speaking at a reasonable level. The hallways often smell of Marijuana, and people do not pick up

Nice place as far as I can tell. I wasn't approved and they told me they aren't that picky with credit. It was my fault ultimately but it was a hard hit to lose $325 for something I got nothing in return for. Just want to give people something to think about. If your application isn't approved you won't get a dime back.
