Well-maintained and pleasant people workingeven though they denied me because my felony is not five years since my conviction date after they told me they accept felons I paid them the application fee and everything elsewhen I got denied because they do not mess with feelings for you has to be five years since your last felony convictionso that means if you got convicted of it on April 12th of 2008 five years after you got sentenced or pled guilty orvwhatever happen to you and then your time starts after 5 years on April 12th 2013 then they will rent to you and it don't matter if you have violent crimes or or worse they will not deny you because of your felony charge at that time because you would have had to walk down some time on papers meaning parole or probation but they don't really g

Needs more maintenance.Very little handicapped parking . lighting in buildings not kept up. Security of buildings not good. Maintenance complaints not taken care of in timely fashion.

The Office management are very knowledgeable and friendly. The apartments are clean and very well kept.

Management company not resident friendly, staff is rude, service requests aren't taken care of.
