If I could give a zero stars, I would. I REALLY urge you from buying anything Reilly build in the Basehor area. Their houses are poorly built, fall apart fast 6-months down the road and they use the cheapest of the cheapest inside the home. They never take accountability for anything, it’s unprofessional. There needs to be a big group of folks in the area to start a lawsuit with these people because the home I live in now, I have never seen any other new home fall apart like theirs. It’s very disappointing. It’s quantity over quality with Mike Reilly. 100 percent and it shows.

Cynthia Sowel was the agent For the sellers that I bought my Home from. She was ignorant. She was rude. She did not allow me to have the keys after I paid my down payment. She said I would have to call a locksmith to get in. She did not understand the sale of And process of buying a condo. I might seek A lawyer. She was rude to my lender. She was rude to my agent, and finally was rude to me. My agent tried to contact her real estate Agency, and they did not return his call. This was a bad situation all around and made the Home experience horrible And stressful. Be careful Who you choose and cancel them If they’re behavior is anything, but professional.

I'm in the military and used Lisa Rees of Caldwell Banker Reilly & Sons to purchase a home in Leavenworth in preparation for conducting a Permanent Change of Station (PCS) to the nearby base. We had an Army-wide Stop Movement order due to the pandemic and I was not able to visit Leavenworth again until after everything had been signed. Lisa kept in great contact and said concerns I had were being addressed and even offered to conduct the closing walkthrough for me, which I accepted (to have gone there to do it myself would have been to disobey a lawful order). All this would have been great, except when I was finally able to get out there a couple of weeks after signing for the house, none of the issues that were supposed to have been fixed had been taken care of. Christy McKee is shady and a fraud. I saw a house and asked for the disclosure paperwork and she stated she didn’t have any available and that it was all on her phone. I asked if she could send it to me and I never heard anything back. Will not be using this company.

Diana Dodd is very pleasant, understanding and is willing to go the extra mile for her clients. I am from out of state and am looking at houses in the Ft Leavenworth area. Diana Dodd was the realtor that answered when I recently called Coldwell Banker. The house I really wanted to see came off the market before I arrived, but she found another one that looked just as good, as well as several others that fit my criteria. Although circumstances did not fall into place to make an offer this time, I look forward to working with Diana again in the future. She definitely went above and beyond!
