Riverview Apartments

Riverview Apartments has undergone a complete transformation under the new management. The building makeover looks fantastic, and the atmosphere is both safe and clean. The property manager is friendly and professional, and maintenance is always prompt with work orders. It’s in a great location close to downtown Leavenworth. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We have been at Riverview Apartments for six years now, since it was Cody Apartments. 😉 We now have an amazing manager who sees to it that work orders are entered into the computer when brought to her attention. She shows concern when approached with possible issues. And she is very personable with the residents. We have a wonderful maintenance man who works diligently to see to it that all work orders and grounds matters are attended to in a timely manner as well and is also very friendly. And we have a couple of owners who are also quite friendly and appreciate my Emotional Support Animal (ESA), Honey. She is very special to me (and to many of the other residents as well). And that really means a lot to me. Riverview is a quiet, secure, friendly and fun location to reside. 😄

I have to say this is very economical apartment I have ever lived. Never having to live in a HUD assistance program . I have been treated respectfully, needing help no problem, above and beyond made to feel very welcome. Very clean problem solved in timely manner. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a decent place to live HUD or not you can't go wrong when Renting from Riverview Apartments in Leavenworth, KS.

Have lived here for 11years. Management is trying to make things better. However, consistent water issues means water has to be shut off with no warning for unknown duration is extremely frustrating especially when there’s a $75 utility bill included in rent price. I know this is an old building, but it still sucks.

I have had a wonderful experience living at Riverview Apartments. From the initial touring process to moving in, the management team has been professional, transparent, and incredibly welcoming.The neighbors are friendly, and the it feel like home rather than just a rental building.The amenities are well-maintaine and the location offers the perfect balance of scenic views and easy access to local shops and dining.
