I’ve been living here for over a year now and every time my family or friends visit they always compliment because it’s such a nice property. The gym, the clubhouse and the hot tub are def my favorite but the inside of my apartment is super homey! They’re really spacious with all the storage spaces throughout. I feel like no matter how nice a place is, if management sucks you’re going to be waiting for your lease to end but here I couldn’t have gotten luckier. Maintenance team is always on it, up keeping the property and calling me promptly as soon as I submit a request, Noah and Brent are super knowledgeable! The ladies in the office are super helpful Ashlee and Samantha have been there to answer any questions I have, I never feel like a bother. I feel like Rachel, our property manager is

Do not rent from this place, they are owned by Avenue 5 and this is truly the worst place I’ve ever lived ONLY because of dealing with the office. They do not answer the phone most of the time, and they routinely open late and or close early with zero communication or explanation. I moved out in December 2025, by that time I was paying $1,730 even through my “base rent” was only $1,425. They add on water, sewer, garbage, electricity, pest control, gas, covered parking, and admin fees to your rent. On top of that of course you still have to pay your own electricity bill and WiFi bill. When I moved out, even though I lived there for over 5 years, they said they would not be replacing the carpet in the unit and charged me a cleaning fee. Ok, whatever, except for the fact that I know that carp

Don’t do it. Look elsewhere. This is an entity too large to be personal or a genuine human in any shape or form. They almost never return your calls, and they couldn’t care less about the people they deal with. It was clear nothing was cleaned at all when my girlfriend moved in aside from a basic vacuum. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it, there was human and dog hair all throughout the carpet and just around the apartment, the blinds looked like they’d been burnt from candles, the drains were dirty, and the sinks clogged almost right away with minimal use. When it was brought up to the office, they gave a meager apology, got a refund on their cleaning fee, and refused to give a cleaning fee refund or any break on the deposit to my girlfriend, the tenant. So if your apartme

Listen to the other 1 star reviews! Just moved out of this place after renting here for a little over a year, and my complaints are much like most of the other tenants that have written a review here. Let me start by saying that when first moving in, it seemed like a good deal. I paid $1465 for a 2 bed/1.5 bath, and was told that there was a hot tub, gym, theater room, and covered parking space that was to be included. However, after locking in a 12 month lease, there were several hidden fees that would show up on the bill. Every month, I was charged $20 for the covered parking space, $80-$100 for a sewer fee, electric fee (even though I was paying another electric bill through Avista), pest charge, a gas charge, and the list goes on. At the end of it all, I paying roughly $1700+ just fo

I’ve lived here for two years and I am so glad to finally be out. This is a terrible place to live. They will nickel and dime you for anything. They charge you outrages prices for utilities. They will tell you your parking spot is free then charge you for it. Management is terrible and never answers their phones or calls you back. They are randomly closed during their open hours all the time so you are not able to talk to them. The gym only has two machines that work out of all 5 of them. The hot tub is lukewarm and almost always out for work? Makes no sense when they never truly fix it. Do not live here
