They don't mention ANYWHERE on their websites front page that it is LOW INCOME housing. Max income for a single person to be qualified to live there in like 38,xxx. Which is fine and all, but its wasting people's time and applications just to be denied because they earn too much.

I’m a lost for words for the ending of the relationship with this complex. My significant other and I adored this place, loved living here. Everyone is so nice and helpful with anything you need. The deposit refunds however are ridiculous. We were great tenants, always payed on time and communicated otherwise when issues came up. We tried our best to be tenants that never caused troubles and did anything we needed to when asked by the office ladies. When moving out we shampooed our carpets and deep cleaned as much as we could with the equipment we had to do it. We made some mistakes in the process but that isn't what I'm writing this review for. Worst application process and communication I have ever dealt with. I was helping my mom to get into an apartment here. Everything was run and told we were good to go and would get the final approval soon. I called once a week for the first couple weeks and no response. I called 4 times over the following week, plus emailed and was told they were waiting for 1 verification. I asked if I needed to do anything to get it and was told no all good. Then on the 30th day of her application I got a call saying they needed one more document and it was needed by end of that business day and mind you the young office gal at the front office called me 3 hours before closing... I tried to get the document from the company that was needed but they couldn't do it by end of day so I went into the office t

Whoever the new management company is there is trash all over the property in the grass is not green, it was so well taken care of prior to change and management I can honestly say I want to move at this point. The bins for the garbage outside where people have baggies for their dog poop are overflowing.. the basketball court is filled with trash. Just disappointing after 3 years of very good maintenance.

I set a schedule two weeks in advance on their site for a couple of rooms that they had available on their site. And keep getting emails and texts about my appointment to be there which was automated. Tired to make a couple of calls throughout the two weeks to confirm with a person and never got a hold of someone. Left messages on their answering machine each time. By the time it was my appointment tried to call the office the day before and that morning to try and connect with a person on where to meet them or what to expect to bring. Got to the clubhouse which I was guessing their office would be only to be met with a lady that said they don’t do tours and that their website does it own thing that they (the office workers) have to go in and manually cancel any tour appointments since the
