Apartments 26

We've lived here for nine months. We have a ADA Compliant apartment. I'm learning to cook again. The grounds are kept spotless and well trimmed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team takes details very quickly.

The staff in the office are always so nice and helpful. They put on community events for the tenants that are always so much fun. And the complex is in great shape, always clean, and maintained well. The location is good to with it being easy to get to, close enough to a freeway entrance, short drive to spokane or coeur d alene.

Apartments 26 has been such a great experience. The girls in the office do their very best to make the community a special place. Ally has been such a big help from day one! The events that are put on truly make it a wonderful community. I highly recommend renting from Apartments 26!

They will not care about you. The management has risked our lives and put us in danger. They refused to kick out threatening tenants without camera footage, and then they banned cameras. We have been cornered in the hallways, and management has never cared. We have been electrocuted by our stove, which they do not care about. They are greedy and uncaring staff. There have been several tenants reaching out about management being awful and not caring about tenants. I notified them of their wrongdoings, and they said they'd cut communication. I will post all evidence and this review to every public space regarding rentals in post falls. Its legal, it's all facts. I will do my best to make sure nobody every leases here, and everyone know about how horrible this place is and knows that they wil

My partner and I just moved in and received our keys today! From the very start every agent has been nothing but helpful and kind. We have had many questions since this is very new to us, and each question has been thoroughly answered with kindness and patience. The apartments themselves are wonderful and were so excited to be apart of such a warm community! We love it here☺️
