Villas at Tullamore Apartments

I have had my fair share of move-in experiences with apartments and this one was by far the best. Kayleen was so helpful to my boyfriend and me while we were moving from a different state. The apartment itself is very nice and comfortable, with great natural lighting and an electric fireplace. It is a pet-friendly community so there is obviously a bit more noise, but still in general it is fairly quiet.

We have not lived at The Villas at Tullamore long, but the apartments are quiet and very clean. We're enjoying access to a nice pool. The staff have been very helpful. Caitlyn, the office manager, was very helpful as we coordinated moving here from a different state. She made the move-in easy, was prompt and clear with her responses, and very friendly. Since moving in, she's continued to assist us with all of our requests and answer our questions. I'd recommend living here to anyone.

Our family has just moved into the Villas at Tullamore. A lot of people are moving into Idaho and demand is high for apartments. Our leasing agent, Caitlyn was awesome at explaining everything and working with us before we even moved from another state. The on-site handyman, Johnny is very friendly too and they are responsive if you need things fixed. The apartments seemed to have very good insulation of sound. We can only hear a little bit from the above neighbors. Things are kept clean. We’re are enjoying our stay. Thanks

Compared to where I moved from this is heaven. So far the community seems to really care about their tenants and about their grounds and the safety of the community. One thing I didn't put in my evaluation is I do think it would be nice if the lower Florida apartments had a wrought iron fencing around their patio with a gate that they could come in and out of that would enable those of us with pets to let our little furry friends out on the patio and not have to worry about them getting away or having them leashed. But overall we're very happy here. We moved from another state where what's happening in that state has become very distressing. And most of what I had to do with Caitlin had to be done over the phone to set everything up and she made that so easy. There were little hiccups that
