I can’t say enough good things about Trina. From the very first interaction, she has been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and truly went above and beyond to make the move-in process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares, and it made such a difference for me during this transition. I’m so grateful for her help and already feel great about moving into this community!

I cannot say enough about The Crossroads Apartments and especially about the incredible property manager, Trina. From the very first moment I walked in, she treated me less like a prospective tenant and more like a friend. Her energy is magnetic, her professionalism unmatched, and her attention to detail could make a five star hotel jealous. Trina doesn’t just “do her job” she lives it. She goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered, every concern is addressed, and every little detail is taken care of with care and warmth. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the pride she takes in this community. The apartments themselves are clean, and well-maintained. Ben the maintenance guy. I've lived here for a year. Every three months' rent was bumped up 50 dollars. With an email saying corperate fees or something. Or when our lease was renewed.. I signed for 1250 a month last year for a one bedroom apartment. last month we paid 1450. With 100 for the garage. The manager is friendly. The community is quiet and clean. The maintenance is good about fixing things. Very friendly people. But I have been in the area my whole life and am not happy about the price. Honestly, it's been a really nice place to live, but winter was cold. You can feel the wind come through all the vents and AC units. Doors have very thin walls and floors. You can hear all your neighbors through the walls talking. Most people here are really friendly and honestly good people. This is not low income.

Hands down the BEST experience with any apartment complex & management I’ve ever had! Not only was are these apartments super nice, but the residents are extremely kind. The entire residence feels like I’m in a luxury resort with dog friendly parks, walking areas & hang out locations. The gym & bbq area is always super clean & great for entertaining. Trina is truly such a kind property manager & cares about her residents. Trina is very prompt with any responses & always made me feel welcome. I will miss this place. You don’t be disappointed in living at Crossroads!

The apartment is very clean and all neighbors are incredibly nice! The landlord Trina is so amazing and very sweet, she has answered all of my questions and is absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend these apartments!
