Jillian was our realtor and to say she went above and beyond wouldn’t even be enough still. This was our first house purchase so we did not know anything and she was very knowledgeable. The sellers were pretty difficult but Jillian handled things very professionally and helped us out through this crazy process and got everything handled. Even after the sale was done and we discovered mold that the owner was hiding she helped us take care of it and get it fixed to make our first home buying experience smooth with out it coming out of our pocket. Would definitely recommend her and will be using her again when it is time to upgrade in the future.

Ryan made my property buying experience wonderful. He went to great lengths to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. From finding properties to get septic done. I was newly widowed and didn't know much about getting these things done. He was always kind and caring. Thank you Ryan for such awesome care.

Our family made the decision to relocate to the northern Idaho area in the summer of 2023. I was looking at homes in the area and signed up to receive information from Keller Williams. Ke'Ala Richards reached out to me to see if I had any questions about properties and I provided her with some parameters of our search. She was never pushy or hounding in her communications, she sent properties that met our criteria and checked in periodically to see if we had any questions. As our search became more serious, she offered to go to different properties and take video walkthroughs to show us the properties.
