Woodgate Village Apartments

This property is, so far, one of the most maintained places I’ve seen. My unit just got new floors, and painted. It looks a lot more “modern” for its age. It’s a very “simple” unit, but for what I need… it’s perfect. The property manager, Linda, she has been a lifesaver. She made everything easy. She helped me over Thanksgiving… I applied that night and found out that Monday I was approved.

The experience of leasing with Woodgate Village was great! Linda was a pleasure to work with and her level of communication outstanding! She even made a wonderful “welcome to your new home” basket for us! It was the nicest thing we’ve seen done in a very long time!! The 2-bed apartment we received is very clean, tons of closet and cabinet space, dining room and bathroom, the AC works fantastic, and the living room is huge! In building washer and dryers even have an app to tell you when they are available or in use. Not all units are this square footage - but what we have is prefect! We are extremely pleased and look forward to being long time tenants!!

Short version: this apartment is everything my girlfriend and I could have asked for. Beautiful, safe neighborhood, unbelievable price and all utilities work great. You'll probably be working with a woman named Linda during the application process, she's very easy to talk to and incredibly proactive. Couldn't be happier, the place isn't huge but it's all we need and very comfortable. Long version: my girlfriend and I are a younger couple, she's 26 and i'm about to turn 27. We wanted somewhere safe, cozy and quiet, where we'd be happy for years and someday may even raise a child. Because of this, i had to think about quite a few aspects before moving. 1. Brunswick is in the top 80% safest Ohio cities. Our building comes with a primary front lock, and our apartment has a lock as well. Doubl

I have lived here for almost 10 years and have never had an issue at all! The leasing office manager and maintenance man are really great! New washers and dryers in all bulldings were installed last year as well! Easy to pay rent online and really convenient too! You need to get here! They have everything you need.

Was there for a year An absolute worst experience ever. I would rather live in my car than live in one of these apartments. The lady below us called the cops for a noise complaint while we were moving in if I left my TV on past 11 o’clock, she called the cops if I use the restroom after midnight, she called the cops And the manager was her friend and agreed with her on everything. Maintenance was a joke. He was creepy, and I never felt safe with my family left alone in the apartment. Do not rent here go somewhere else you’ll be much happier
