Third Federal Savings & Loan

I have complained. I have made different phone calls even to corporate. They will not adjust their rates fairly to reflect loyalty of long-term clients. If you have a checking, Citizen they Will give you much higher interest for CDs. This angers me for myself and the older people that have their accounts written down in a orderly fashion for their accounting, trusts or wills: So the answer is you take your money to a new bank or you keep third federals lower interest. 1 week before ..The way treat existing long-term loyal customers is not fair. Their people are very very nice. But it is obviously not fair, if you look up CD rates that new money gets a higher interest. This is so unfair and wrong! I agree with another Third Federal Customer, that the penalties they charge Senior Citizens, and Longtime Customers is outrageous.

The penalties they charge are outrageous. As a senior citizen and long time customer. They charge the maximum amount.

I've banked here for many years, the staff is always friendly and helpful
