This apartment community has truly been an amazing place to call home. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels safe and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are always clean and cared for. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. They even adore our dog, which means so much to us! It’s clear they’re not just pet-friendly — they’re pet-loving. Our pup gets so excited anytime we walk into the office. The community events are another huge highlight. The team regularly hosts fun and thoughtful events that bring everyone together. We've been here coming up on two years and have had a good experience. We like the diversity of ages of people living here alot. The amenities are great especially the pool and clubhouse. Ashley is responsive to any questions and concerns. Maintenance is efficient and responsive as well. Overall, a great neighborhood for us!

I rented here while I was looking for a house to buy. I must say my time here was very pleasant , quiet , and safe. Ashley and the team were amazing and helpful. Highly recommended !

My fiancé and I applied for a 2 bedroom suite. They denied him due to credit (meanwhile I have a fantastic score) ultimately not considering both of qualifications coherently which were able to be met. Contacted the application manager and front desk multiple times- no response. We have great history including living at redwood luxury apartments. Spent $130 for no reason. Management is very disrespectful and inconsiderate for lack of acknowledgment to our calls/emails/texts. Ended up getting accepted into Redwood AGAIN- funny how this place thinks they’re so top tier but overall mediocre on luxury apartments list in Ohio. DO NOT APPLY- you’ll get denied over the smallest thing.
