The people who work in the office have there way with who they will let moved in and if she doesn't like you your not getting in. My family lived there 20 years most of the people who live there are cool some relly nasty older woman who like to get people kicked out lots of gossip. If u do get to move in my advice would be keep to yourself and don't tell anyone your business. Just saying

Very BIG thank you to Cheryl And Mark, for taking care of my recent issue so quickly as usual. In my 11 years here, Any problem I've had, has always handled with one service request. Last year, when my Fridge died, A quick stop into the office before work is all it took. I came home to a brand new fridge and Mark even took the time to transfer my food! The time my Furnace went out (on the weekend of course) I made one call, and Mark brought me a space heater to get me through, till the repair could be made on Monday. I'm happy living here, and don't plan on leaving any time soon. Thanks guys!

My children have suffered emmensely since we lived here. My children on multiple accounts have been asked by people for money to buy them vapes. Cheryl doesn't do ANYTHING for the buildings and marks the only one who cares about the residents. Kids get bullied on the regular because parents don't know how to raise their kids. Kids don't look in the parking lot and get hit by cars.there is also a lot of stray cats and racoons that have rabies and will try to attack children. I have water damage in my apartment and they said they couldnt fix it because it was too much money and it's just an awful place to live. Been here for many years and they just collect our rent and let us fix the foundational problems with our apartment. RENTERS BEWARE!!!

Towne Center is a wonderful place to live!! They keep the buildings and lawns looking beautiful. In my experience, management and maintenance can make or break an apartment complex. Towne Center has the absolute finest!!

I just moved here not even a year ago I have two kids and I'm a single mother this look like a great community for the kids and for myself but sometimes looks can be very deceiving my car has been broken into there's people of all hours of the day and night walking around drug attic's live here drug dealers live here kids run around everywhere people wanting to get into the buildings and kids wanting to get into the buildings a buzz your number all the time people and kids leaning up against your car all the time there's a playground the kids don't play at the playground they play in the parking lot my car is been damaged by a scooter adults walk around smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol all the time I go to work at 5 o'clock in the morning and there is always people sitting on the
