Cross Creek Apartments

This apartment complex was a 180 from where my sister and I lived prior. We only stayed for a year, but the place was so clean and freshly renovated for us upon move in. Never saw bugs, entry way to the building was quite clean, in unit washer/dryer, neighbors were quiet and friendly, they take your trash for you most nights, and maintenence requests are resolved very quickly. Our refrigerator ended up failing and we had a new, functioning one pretty much within the day. Probably one of the best places to rent in Brunswick. Highly recommend. Thank you Cross Creek for being great to your tenants!

Absolutely love Cross Creek and would recommend them to anyone. They have spacious apartments, and we have never had an issue with management, Dana is always the best and so sweet. The pool is beautiful, and I love the ice cream truck that comes by in the summer and the door decorating contest during Christmas. This has definitely been a home for us, and we have met some great people.

I would not recommend renting here. I’ve been dealing with unresolved property damage since April/May, including ruined furniture and concerns about potential mold in my unit. Despite multiple requests and even a final deadline I set for resolution by August 1, management has not addressed my concerns or provided reimbursement for my losses. When I asked for the legal owner information so I could properly address my complaint, I was refused and told to “look in my lease.” The lack of transparency and accountability has been frustrating, and communication has been minimal at best. If you value prompt maintenance, transparency from management, and resolution of legitimate issues, I would look elsewhere.

I definitely recommend Cross Creek apartments. I enjoyed my year long stay as I searched for a new home. Wonderful people an especially the hardworking maintenance men who were very helpful. They came quickly after posting a maintenance request and took care of any issues. Very busy but made time to correct my problems. Very knowledgeable. Dana is a wonderful accessible manager who is very receptive to renters needs. Marie D

I have lived at Cross Creek for just over a year and have had a wonderful experience. Dana is always friendly and super helpful with any questions. The maintenance staff is awesome. The few issues I have had, have been addressed the same day. They had come to do annual Furnace/AC check and I realized when I got home that they had also changed a bulb that was out in my dining area light!! Highly recommend to anyone looking for apartment living. Update...Mom and I moved into a newly renovated apartment in January 2021. The renovated units are beautiful. Dana and maintenance went out of their way to make the move from one unit to another seamless.
