Woodcrest

I am VERY unhappy that the apartments were changed from nonsmoking to smoking. I don’t want to live with smokers. I also believe that the rent we pay should cover repairs. My kitchen sprayer is stuck on, my bulb in my bathroom is out and it’s a bigger bulb. The kitchen light over the sink in the kitchen has a blown bulb also.. The living room has blinds hanging over the sliding door. Some of the strips have already been taped and stuck back up there. Well now they are falling down and about 4 or 5 of them have chips broken out of the blind..

I love this place .. but everyone in this building wish that the couple above me would loud after 10 pm . You left notes many times about no loud noise after 10 pm also we keep smelling pot from that apartment, many of us keep spraying the halls as soon as we smell it .. we all would appreciate it if you could help us out with this!!!!!! Also I didn’t appreciate waking up to Brian being inside of my house putting that smoke alarm in the hall. He has NO NO NO RIGHT JUST WALKING IN WHILE I WAS SLEEPING. SCARING THE HELL OUT OF ME ! Also I WASNT EVEN DRESSED !!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 he said!!!!! I NEVER ANSWERD MY DOOR TO LET HIM IN BECAUSE I WAS SLEEPING AND DIDNT HEAR HIM AT MY DOOR!!!! ALSO IF U READ THE PAPER HE STILL HAS TO PUT THAT SMOKE ALARM IN FRONT OF MY BEDROOM DOOR ALSO. AND HE A

The pricing is great but the apartments need to be updated i had to keep messaging them over a year to get my floors changed the carpet was so bad with wear and tear but the property manager nate is really good!! Keep up the good work!!!

I have had a very positive experience living at Woodcrest. Any concerns were addressed in a reasonable amount of time.
