Well maintained, snow removal could be a bit better at times, but it mostly right on point. The dumpster can also be an issue at time, but I thinks it often because some residents don’t break down boxes or leave items they shouldn’t.

Management is very attentive, personable, and communicative. Maintenance has been timely, considerate, and quick to rectify any issues. The majority of the tenants here are friendly, quiet and clean. We love how well lit the property is at night and it’s been awesome to have an attached garage and patio.

Have been living here for a year with my fiancé and our dog and we have had nothing but a great experience! Management attentive and responsive. Even with a crazy neighbor (she’s gone thankfully and we laugh about it now) we still enjoyed our time here. Clean apartments, maintenance around if needed and timely. Would highly recommend!! Not good. I advise you to look elsewhere. Dog mess everywhere. Garbage overflows nearly every wrek and its not a fully occupied premise. Graffiti on garbage can. Theft off porch. It's so noisy here and they'll try to sell you how quiet it is. Place shakes when people use their doors. Intrusive neighbors. We have neighbor dogs peeing from the patio to the porch. Management not helpful. We bought a house and can't wait to move! I advise you to look elsewhere!
