My husband and I loved living here! We only chose to move out because our family is growing but we would have happily stayed for many years. The employees at Edgewater apartments are extremely friendly and always willing to help. We’ve always had any issues quickly resolved by the property manager Kevin, and we always felt that the apartments billing and guidelines were straight forward/easy to understand. Additionally, the maintenance guy, Chris, is the hardest working one we’ve ever had in the time we’ve spent in apartments. If you are looking for a beautifully lit, spacious apartment with a very fair rent price, then Edgewater is a great place to give a chance. Thank you Edgewater for a wonderful experience, we would absolutely rent here again in the future if needed.

Had a horrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone especially for the high prices they are charging for these "luxury" apartments. There is minimal noise installation in the units. I had someone move in above me that had an alarm going off between 3 - 4 am. The apartment manager did nothing about it, see video attached. Second off I had neighbors below me that were constantly complaining to management that I was making all sorts of noise: general noise, my dog was an excessive barker, they even made up that I was moving furniture past midnight. They complained that my plants on the balcony were even attracting bees! The worst part is that the apartment complex was slapping nasty notes on my door threatening eviction 12 days after the complaint was filed, b

Great location, great place. Up to date appliances, gym, pool. Its peaceful here. Everyone gets along in my building. The main office people are easy to work with too

I have been very happy with management and maintenance but when the snow started the sidewalks are not shoveled or salted and the parking areas are not plowed

They will illegally (in my opinion) require you to pay a carpet cleaning fee out of your security deposit, regardless of the condition, as part of their turnover maintenance before a new renter moves it. You cannot charge people from their security deposit for routine cleaning - NYS prohibits this and overrides anything stated in the lease agreement. Construction with hammering and machinery, above the bedrooms of other units, apparently begins before 7am here at luxury Edgewater Apartments. Update: We are now being fined for leaving snow items in the hallways, such as shovels (they don't provide us with any so we must supply and store our own), wet boots (which means storing inside our carpeted apartments, which they will they give us more fines for doing so when the carpet has water da
