Severyn Development

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience building with the team at Severyn Development. From start with Alisa, Will and Bill on the permit, contract and design phase to execution in the field with Tim, there was professionalism, strong communication and a relationship built that made what could have been a very stressful experience, fun and exciting! We built a fully custom home with a lot of specific details and they met every need and vision we brought forward with excitement and strong execution with quality materials. The craftsmanship of our home down to the trim details brought our dream home to life! We highly recommend them to anyone in the market to build!

I purchased a Severyn home a little over a year ago. It was a model home at the time, and beautiful. Since then, everyone at Severyn has been nothing but helpful and pleasant. Even though I did not build the home, they still gave me the full 1-year warranty on anything and everything. Small paint chip? Fixed. Damaged trim from a vacuum? Fixed. The owner, Will, has been super pleasant and helpful even a year later, as well as everyone else that I’ve come in contact with. If I was building a home, I wouldn’t have a second thought about using them.

We purchased a model home from Severyn Development (Grant model). It was a very good experience. We are very happy with our home. As our home was complete when we purchased it we didn't go through the building experience with Severyn. When we purchased the home, it was still winter/early spring so the driveway and lawn couldn't be completed until later in spring. They had the lawn graded and hydroseeded after we moved in. The driveway took several months to be completed. Severyn did what they could, they had to wait on the paving/concrete contractor to do the work. Tim from Severyn stayed on top of the contractor until it was done. Tim also came out and fixed a few warranty items, he was great to work with. My clients put them to the test along with a handful of custom builders. They built a Beautiful home on private land for my clients. I really appreciate being a part of the process. The final walk-thru was a pleasure to accompany. Attention to details were reviewed with Project Mgr. Tim & Alisa who work extremely close to get the job done so the family is happy with their new forever home!

I have toured many homes built by Severyn Development and I am always impressed by the quality work done. From floors, trim, tile, lighting every detail is of the outmost quality!!
