Brookhaven Apartments

The acoustics are absolutely atrocious and sounds are amplified throughout the apartment. There is little insulation between the floors, so you'll hear your neighbors, and they can likely hear you. Opening/closing cabinets/doors, etc. Can only have a small camping grill, and was informed during sign-in that only growing flowers (no fruit/vegetables) was permitted to avoid attracting wildlife. Have lived in multiple places in multiple cities and have never not been able to grill or grow a tomato. In-unit laundry is very nice. Sam in Maintenance is awesome. A one-man operation and he is QUICK to get your repair completed.

My husband and I rented from Brookhaven as we sold our home and were waiting to purchase a new one. We needed a short-term lease but didn't want to overspend. Brookhaven allowed us to to commit to a longer lease and then charged us a fee for breaking it. This worked out perfect because we didn't know when we would find our new home and were willing to pay a fee to not have to commit to a longer lease or pay extra for the short-term. Samantha was excellent from the first time stopping in to take a look at the units, to helping us secure the exact unit we preferred at the ideal time for coordinating our move, to communicating all of the terms of leasing. She also assisted us with a couple things we needed like an extra mailbox key and batteries in our smoke detector. The unit was a gre

Mostly quiet living, spacious apartments, but they are definitely in need of updates. The kitchen and bathrooms are outdated. The hardware on the faucets and the lights, etc. are old and possibly original to when apartments were built. Management is very responsive and professional. Overall, a nice place to live but in desperate need of an overhaul that matches the cost of rent.

The property manager, Samantha is wonderful, she does it all. She goes above and beyond to make your home experience one of a kind! Truly a one person team! She is very attentive, has good time management skills, and she is dedicated to the leasee's satisfaction. I wish I would've found this place sooner.

Don’t have an A/C problem at 5:20 pm on a Friday when the maintenance man is going camping for the weekend.
