Your buffalo Creek property managers are absolutely horrible, they make up rules that are the exact opposite of the lease and don't care one bit about it. I was promised upon move in that nobody was going to be smoking on the porches or near the windows. They haven't up until this year all because of whoever these ladies think they are making their own rules that break the lease. I've called in complaints and nothing has been done, I can't open a window without my child being gassed out by weed and cigarettes. And people are smoking inside the building you can smell it out multiple people windows. This place has become extremely unsafe since the latest property managers took over, I thought the last ones were bad but at least the last ones did stuff and responded to tenants. You call in an

Would give zero stars if I could. They have horrible property managers. The location I'm at there is soooooo many issues with a few neighbors and they don't do anything to help. They just care about the rent money and let you get hurt and sick and harassed. I don't recommend renting from here at all. And they force you into renewing the lease 3 months early and refuse to let you sign it later if you don't find a new place in that time. Also the buildings have zero insulation, mold issues, the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING and smell EVERYTHING. I've been sick since moving in because they don't change the carpets after each tenant and they don't clean them, I have professionally cleaned and used my own carpet cleaners and even after 7 times, there still is a disgusting pee smell.

Charging application fees are illegal! Charged me just to tell me I don't qualify

I highly recommend renting from them.

Supposedly they had an open house but i was backed up last moment by a tenant who lives there telling me they have horrible property managers. And how the location has many issues they don't do anything to help. just care about the rent on time, the walls are so thin you can hear and smell cigarettes and cannabis . I had to step out . Couldn’t join the open house after what i heard.
