Woodchase Apartment Homes

I wrote a review on yelp as well just to make sure more people and decide not to move to this place. Do you care for an apartment that has a gate that ACTUALLY works and random people can't open and get into? Well don't expect that from this place since they take their sweet time fixing gates cause I guess that is not a priority to them??? They advertise security yet they don't do anything let alone have working cameras. I would not recommend living here at all

New Community Director, Llendy Bermudez gives such a welcoming and helpful responses! For me as a tenant who has lived here a bit over a year now. We were able to work together and get an issue resolved with no problem. The last 2 women were the most unwelcoming and unhelpful women I have came across. Personal issues were never resolved like how Mr. Bermudez was able to help me with.

I lived here for one year and some change. Moved out in the middle of December. In the beginning I thought it was great, getting the walk through, seeing the units, all the amenities, etc. But the longer I stayed, the more I started to notice: -People will purposely break the locked gates at the entrances so they are easier to get into - homeless people digging through the dumpsters -Squatters refusing to leave and climbing over the gates -Intoxicated/black out drunk people laid out on the sidewalk of Woodchase (or directly across the street) with empty alcohol bottles -People without dogs spending time in the dog run/dog park smoking and throwing cigarette butts, empty alcohol bottles AND chicken bones on the ground - Loud, rude, and obnoxious neighbors (if you’re the guy who was mad that

Woodchase Apartments is slightly secluded from Burnet Rd which made the foot traffic near the residence very light. It was quiet in my complex and I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone! The Woodchase staff is very approachable and thoughtful! They are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I am grateful for my time and would definitely go back.

I have been a resident at Woodchase Apt Homes for a few years now, and I wanted to express my gratitude to an amazing staff. Brian Berry the Property Senior Manager and the Maintenance team are awesome. I must admit that I do miss Tashayla, but Brian is doing a great job as our Property manager, he is very attentive to the property's needs and he takes the time to listen when there is a problem on the property. As a long-time tenant I feel very safe here at Woodchase Apt. Homes. Brian, thank you and your team for always being available!
