I recently worked with Perry and Tianne to sell a house that my brother and I inherited. I immediately knew that they were the realtors I wanted to go with; the house was in poor shape, but they saw potential and were up for project managing the cosmetic and structural repairs. I truly didn't believe the house could look so good! It took about three months to get everything done once they got started, but it went SO smoothly. Perry handled everything and the house looked spectacular by the end! It sold within a week of being on the market. I also appreciated how Perry handled more sensitive family dynamics. Overall, he and Tianne are reliable, savvy, ambitious (but realistic) realtors who know the San Leandro market super well. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience!

Definitely a 5 star rating from us. We had to sell out house FAST due to the home we purchased having a 14 day contingency for us to complete the sale! Jeannine did an excellent market analysis and when she listed our house it was priced accurately,. She has it staged perfectly and the price went UP when the offers rolled in and sold quickly. This was a scary time for someone who hasn't purchased a home or moved for 39 years! Jeannine made it understandable and kept us on track and we sold it in time to fund our home purchase. We wouldn't have been able to pull it off without her excellent service and skill. She was very attentive and always there when I had questions or didn't understand something.
