Summerhill Terrace Apartments

We absolutely love our apartment — it’s spacious and will be perfect for our baby arriving May of next year! I especially appreciate the high kitchen faucet; it’s so convenient not having to bend at the waist to wash my face, and it adds such a luxurious touch. The gated community is also a really nice feature that makes us feel safe and at ease. We’re very happy here and plan to stay for a long time. Erica has also been amazing — so kind, responsive, and helpful!

My Experience at Summerhill Terrance apartment homes I’ve been living here for a while and I’m really enjoying my time so far. The spacious living room is a real standout it offers plenty of room to relax and entertain. The kitchen is another highlight, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinet space, which makes cooking and organizing a breeze. The bathrooms are also impressive with full wall mirrors, giving them a modern and spacious feel. The area is wonderfully quiet, which I really appreciate, and the people around here are respectful and tend to keep to themselves, which creates a peaceful atmosphere.
