Jessie made the moving process incredibly easy and seamless. From the application to approval, everything was handled quickly, ensuring we could move in on our needed timeline. She is helpful and efficient. When we needed a few things adjusted in our unit, she made sure they were taken care of the same day. The property is very well maintained and incredibly pet friendly which was a top priority on our list.

Jessie is absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to help my daughter. I have a good experience living in Marina haven apartment especially when we met Jessie. She helped us a lot when we moved in. Easily approachable and very professional. She always make sure that the place is clean. When we have concerns she always make sure to resolve it. She is perfect in this job and we couldn’t thank her enough with everything.

Jessie is a very attentive, understanding and strong manager. Since she took over, she's really worked to tighten up the community for everyone's safety and comfortability. When I had an after hours emergency with the unit, she immediately followed up and the maintenance man was there within 10 minutes.

Jessie was incredibly helpful in facilitating our move to our new apartment. She was quick to respond and made the transition as smooth as possible. Her responsiveness and patience in answering all our questions were greatly appreciated, especially since we were first-time renters feeling overwhelmed by the process.
