Woodbury Manor Apartments

I’ve had a good experience living here. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly. The landlord is responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. It’s a safe complex in a convenient location!

I loved living here. It's a great location. You have a laundry mat within walking distance. The apartment I had had been redone before I got there. They did such a great job. It was beautifully done and I felt so at home and very safe. Nice area to take a walk in. Great neighbors. I met so many nice people that live there. David Grover is so attentive to the needs of the tenants and will respond to texts for any issue or question you might have. I didnt have any apartment issues at all, but I had other questions and he was right there with an answer. He's a really great guy. He takes great care of the grounds and the buildings. I lived at these appointments for 2 years. The time that I spent there were very nice. If anything would break, which happened close to none of the time, the landlord was out fixing it that day or the next. The neighbors are nice people and everyone seemed to get along. The apartments them selfs are very nice. The rooms are spacious and lots of storage. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would have kept my residence there. The apartments are very clean and although they are stacked the noise control was amazing. Would recommend these for starting out people or retired. Very responsible price!

These apartments are nice, clean, and safe. I never had any problems here, and the landlord/property manager was always friendly. Utilities were low and the walk-in closets were a great addition for storage in an apartment setting.

Very nice apartment to live in! Great landlord and a very friendly laundromat staff that is always looking out for you. Friendly neighbors as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get an apartment
