Serenity title did an amazing job helping and working with me selling and buying a house on the same day. They went out of their way to take paperwork out to my dad to sign so we didn't have to get him out. They had everything ready, so all we had to do is sign for both places she had us out of there in 20 minutes. Thanks for being so understanding.
The woman who did our closing was incompetent even after being emailed things. Nothing was prepared correctly. if you can avoid them please do.
I sold them my property in alton il back in 2013. They were aware of a home equity loan I had took out on it. They assured me it would be paid in full. Now here in 2020 I cant get a mortgage because they made a bunch of payments late in 2015 (2years after buying it from me) and now my credit reflects it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CROOKS AND SCAM ARTISTS
Best title company! Wonderful help with prompt responses. Most reasonably priced also. I would recommend using them
