Landlords do not utilize Bella for property management nor in finding you a suitable and long-term tenant. She is slow to respond. And when helping select a tenant she does not thoroughly call, ask the right questions, and take on a COMPLETE application to gain maximum confidence to assessing the best candidate for a property. She will merely ask a few basic questions and disqualify really good candidates. Never mind that a tenant has a 800+ credit score, clears over $4,000/month, clean background, no evictions or lawsuits, has over $80k in savings. Totally flawed in helping select the best tenant for the landlord. Look for a more responsive and customer oriented property manager with a focus on understanding each and every tenant to maximize your investment potential.

Bella Clark, property manager, has managed my condo for five years. She has always taken the best interest for us and handled everything very professionally. She has always gotten us great tenants and taken care of issues through the years. If I could give her 10 stars I would she has been awesome.

I applied for a unit and was told that the *ONLY* issue was one that is protected by Illinois Law. Bella Clark refused to even show a unit to someone due to their status as a disabled individual - in writing, no less. I fully expected more from Remax as a company than choosing to violate law and let a unit sit empty for months over allowing a disabled person into the unit. Discrimination is never okay, but luckily there is someone to report this to.
