Twin Pines Estates

I just would like to say how fortunate I am to be a tenant at this apartment complex. They just stained all the balconies, right now there are guys fixing up the concrete in the parking lot. Which I had spoken to one and he was very friendly, considering it's so hot out. The landlord sent out an email stating that they would be trimming up any trees that needed cleaned up. Just want to say thanks for staying on top of the property, hard to come by these days. It definitely doesn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend as a place to live.Appreciate it. Thank you!!!!

I have lived here for nearly two years now, and I am truly sad to be moving out. Everything about this complex has been wonderful. The unit is nice and well maintained, the price was affordable, and the management has been prompt and professional. On top of that, the neighbors have been great! I have been an apartment dweller for years, in various complexes and in various cities. This is the best experience I've had to date. If you're looking for a nice place to live in Alton, look no further. I'm leaving the complex on Friday, and while I'm looking forward to new adventures, I'll miss this great little apartment!

A family member of mine lived here some time ago and it was a very nice apartment. The prices were fair then and have gone up since though they do seem to keep the apartments up very nicely

Sadly moved out last month. The units are nice and spacious for a great price. The management is top notch. If I had an issue, it got resolved that day. Never had an issue with neighbors either. Highly recommended for living in Alton.

One of those nicest apartment complexes in the city. Extremely quiet with friendly neighbors and attractive appearance. Management is extremely responsive and helpful. Good location, great value.
