Hands down the best team in this area. They are well organized and work with both landlords and tenants to find the right solutions. They actually care about your property. Last year one of our companies properties had some water pouring from the ceiling. During a routine check the agent Olivia literally was soaking wet trying to shut off the water and resolve the incident. She spent time on site making sure things were taken care of until help arrived. This is only one of several examples of caring and customer service. Any other agent or group might have passed the buck. They have gone above and beyond on countless occasions to assist us and they ‘walk the walk’.

Not Happy. Spent $500 getting out of a jeopardizing situation Brown Realty put me in. 0 apologies later they eventually accused me of misconduct. They are more interested In following their mandates than safely serving their customers

While I appreciate the work of property managers, I have to say I was very disappointed in how the ones we hired in this company managed our properties, especially after being caught renting our home to people who broke a lot of the contract and weren't charged extra for damages done. The last month and a half of our business together was awful. The managers were impossible to reach, never responded back to messages and calls and I had to go through higher channels to get a hold of them. I even tried to report to the necessary businesses to get compensation for our losses. They put in pet we didn't approve of whom was on the restricted breed list, and only charged $50 a month for it, with no pet deposit, they did smoking in our home, made damages to the home beyond wear and tear, tenants l
