COMMUNITY TITLE AND ESCROW - ALTON

We worked with community title in escrow they did our closing. We are from Florida so we were able to close out of state and then we came to pick up the keys. Super clean office didn’t realize how big of a title company they are. They’ve got like 10 employees working back there.

Mallory at Community Title in Alton was absolutely the best! I found myself having nothing but problems obtaining BASIC info from Freedom Mortgage, who had the worst customer service reps, when I went to sell and then close on my house. Mallory was having none of their nonsense and made it happen! 🕺🏻

Despite our very unfortunate timing issue with some flood insurance, the closing of our house was very easy and quick once we we cleared to sign. Everything was described as it was handed to us. Advice was even given on how to look into some tax cuts we might qualify for. Very informative and friendly people.
