Wood Creek Apartments

My parking sign was knocked dwn by whoever plows our snow(wood creek staff), was never put back up until I said something about it & this is hw they put it back up. I don’t appreciate them not fully putting my sign back up this is so unprofessional & tacky. They knocked it dwn they should have respectfully put it back up the right way. Got me feeling like I chose the wrong apartment to move into also with the pricing of rent there’s no wayy I should be goin through such negligence. This is unacceptable.

I can’t say enough positive about this properties management. The manager, Tara, is one of the nicest and most considerate you will come across. I’ve lived here going on four years. The location is perfect if you like things close to you. Oak Creek is a great location and has everything you need within 5-10 minutes. I particularly liked my gas fireplace. Many times I could leave heat off and just light the fire in the morning for a short time or snuggle in at night when it gets chilly. The maintenance is exceptional. So easy to request repairs online through their app. Always done within the timeframe and priority you requested.

My family and I lived here for almost 5 years! Tara and the rest of the management are amazing and answer all questions/problems in a timely manner! I highly recommend this place! When our family grew, they accommodated us and moved us into a bigger unit! I can’t say enough nice things about Wood Creek apartments and their staff!

Wood Creek is amazing and honestly, for the price, unbeatable. You are in the center of Oak Creek close to Drexel Town Square, shopping and downtown Milwaukee at a reasonable price point. Even living in a larger city close to downtown, it is still very quiet and serene with all of the green space. Plus, the staff has been wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I lived here for a year and a half about 4 years ago. Our apartment overall was decent but whenever we had maintenance issues they were major and never addressed properly. We ended up having our kitchen flood and had no one respond, which turned into mold. We had a bird get in through our dryer vent. We also had some really major issues with a neighbor and their dog which made us move. I also had heard others had complained about the dog prior to our issues. We had some issues with management regarding this situation as well, which included them sharing personal info of other tenants.
